We also acknowledge that with rights come responsibilities and we hope to empower young people by enabling them to understandthis too. 3. We offer a programme of care that is tailored to individual need. This ‘need’ will be assessed by our qualified and experienced team in partnership with other relevant professionals. We offer this to children from a wide variety of backgrounds. 4. We offer support in travelling and escorting young people. This may involve us collecting young people at the admission stage, supporting on contact visits, etc. 5. We offer a partnership with other professional parties and organisations. This involves us attending meetings and pr oducing detailed, individual reports and assessments as required. 6. We offer the chance for young people to grow, develop and succeed.
